Delicious Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe
Artichoke Dip Recipe
serves 12- 15 1 1/2 c. grated parmesan 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 2/3 c. sour cream 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. good mayonnaise 1-2 t. minced garlic, to taste freshly ground pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine cheeses, spinach, and artichoke hearts. Whisk together remaining ingredients and combine with artichoke mix. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve with chips, crackers, or bread.
