Easy Chili Cheese Dip
Easy Chili Cheese Dip serves 6 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 can chili 8-12 oz. shredded cheddar or cheddar/jack blend your favorite chili toppings (chopped tomatoes, jalapeno slices, sour cream, diced onion, etc.) Preheat oven to 350 F. Layer cream cheese and chili in baking dish, and top with cheese. Bake for approx. 15 minutes, until cheese is melted. Top with your favorite toppings. Serve with chips. You may also mix some garlic powder and diced onion, to taste, into the cream cheese before placing in the baking dish. This dip is easy to experiment with. Use your favorite chili... hot or mild, with beans or without, beef, turkey, or vegetable.
