Hot Crab Dip Recipe Just Like Joe's Crab Shack Serves

Crab Dip Recipe

Serves 6

OK, awhile back I heard Joe's Crab Shack serves the absolute best crab dip, so I searched for a recipe that copies it. This is what I found. (Don't remember the source, but it is posted a few places online.) Sorry to say I don't have a Joe's Crab Shack nearby, but this makes me think the whole menu must be good!

2 oz. cream cheese

1 T. mayonnaise

1/4 c. sour cream

1 T. butter, softened

1/4 t. seasoned salt

1/8 t. paprika

4 t. minced onion

4 t. minced green pepper

1/4 c. shredded mozzarella

1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat

Mix cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, and butter until smooth. Blend in salt and paprika. Stir in onion, green pepper, cheese, and crab meat. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes, until bubbly.
