There's a reason cream cheese icing is such a favorite! Use it for cakes, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, or fold it into some whipped cream and use it as a fruit dip. Delicious! 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. cream (or whole milk, not lowfat) 2 1/2 c. powdered (confectioners') sugar 1 t. vanilla Soften cream cheese with part of milk; add sugar and remaining milk. Add vanilla extract and mix until thoroughly blended.
