Two Versions of Guacamole Dip

Guacamole Dip4 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled 1/2 t. ground cumin 2 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and diced 1/4 c. diced red onion, or to taste 2 t. finely minced garlic, or to taste 2 t. finely minced jalapeno, or to taste fresh lemon or lime juice, to taste salt, to taste Mash avocado to desired consistecy. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve. Oaxacan Guacamole 2 ripe avocados pitted and peeled 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 c. minced white onion, or to taste 2 t. fresh lime juice, or to taste 1 1/2 t. salt, or to taste 3/4 to 1 cup cold water 1 fresh serrano chile including seeds, minced (or to taste. May replace with jalapeno if can't find serrano) Blend into dipping sauce or may also be used as a sauce for grilled meats.
