Easy Herb Sauce
Herb Sauce
makes 2 cups 3 T. butter 3 T. flour 2 c. milk 1/2 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper 2 T. minced fresh herbs Melt butter and stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk and cook slowly until thickened. Add salt and pepper. Stir in herbs. This sauce can be used on just about any savory dish. Even a simple parsley sauce can add a wonderful touch to a meal. For extra flavor, try adding roasted garlic to this sauce.
