Hot Cheese Dip with Feta and Mozzarella
Hot Cheese Dip serves 6-8 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. shredded mozzarella 1 c. crumbled feta (or sharp cheddar, or pepper jack) 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. chopped roasted red pepper 1/4 - 1/2 c. finely sliced scallions, to taste Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients well and bake for 20-30 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve with chips, crackers, fresh veggies or bread. One of those great, hot dips to serve out of a bread bowl.
