This Peanut Butter Frosting Is So Good, You'll Be Eating It with a Spoon

Peanut Butter Frosting

You'd better make extra, because your family will be crowding around the bowl. This peanut butter icing also makes a great dip for apples and bananas, and a spread for toast or bagels... or even pancakes!

1/2 c. butter, softened

1/2 c. cream cheese, softened

1 c. peanut butter (creamy, not old-fashioned)

4 c. powdered (confectioners') sugar

1/4 c. milk

2 t. vanilla extract

Cream together butter, cream cheese, and peanut butter. Add milk and vanilla. Add the powdered sugar one cup at a time. Beat until smooth.
