Quick and Easy Powdered Sugar Icing or Glaze

Powdered Sugar Icing

This powdered sugar frosting couldn't be simpler to make.

2 c. powdered (confectioners') sugar

3 T. or more cream or whole milk (not lowfat)

1 t. vanilla extract

dash of salt

Whisk in cream or milk by the tablespoon into the sugar until it is desired consistency. Mix in vanilla and salt.

Powdered sugar glaze... simply add more cream or whole milk to make it thin enough to pour. Try it as a second layer over another flavor thin-coated frosting.
