Quick and Easy Salmon Marinade Recipe

Chris Steele's Salmon Marinade

This is also a great halibut marinade.

1/2 c. (1 cube) butter, melted

1/4 c. soy sauce

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp. ketchup

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1-2 cloves garlic, crushed

Combine all ingredients and pour over fish filets about 20 minutes before grilling or baking. Baste with marinade while cooking.
