A Fantastic Hot Spinach Dip Recipe

Spinach Dip Recipe

This might be the only way to get some people to eat their spinach, but who cares? That just means you get to eat more of this yummy dip!

serves 6-8

1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

8 oz. sour cream

1 package ranch dressing mix

8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or 4 oz. crumbled feta and 4 oz. mozzarella)

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients well and bake for 20-30 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve with chips, crackers, or bread.
